Mountain Empire Older Citizens is once again raising money for their Emergency Fuel Fund for the Elderly. This program helps senior citizens in Lee, Scott & Wise Counties & the city of Norton pay their electric bills and buy wood & coal to heat their homes. We are seeing more and more requests each day and are in desperate need of donations. Every cent donated to this program goes to help an older person stay warm throughout the winter months.
